Cheer on the VMS Lady Badgers tonight at their last game of their season!

At our December PBIS assembly, we also talked about kindness and honored our custodians and lunch staff. Thanks for all you do for us!

Congratulations to Rilynn Blue Thunder! She was one of 16 chosen out of over 1,200 name submissions for the NDOT 2023 Name a Snowplow Contest. She named a snowplow that will work right around here, and its name is Meowcicles, thanks to Rilynn! We honored Rilynn at our assembly on Friday. Dwayne and Calvin did a great job talking to our students and showing off Meowcicles. Congratulations, Rilynn, and be sure to check the plow tracker for Meowcicles.

With the warm weather last week, we celebrated badger paw winners who had their names drawn at previous assemblies. They earned an extra (and extra long) recess with a friend as well as a certificate for a free piece of Casey's pizza (thanks, Casey's). Good work to all of our students but especially, Zane Christiansen, Harper Ferris, Kadence Bear Heels, Lilly Bailey, Sawyer LaDeaux, and Jack Monroe.

The 1st grade Christmas concert last week was so much fun! Great job, students! You really put us in the Christmas spirit. Thanks to Mrs. Eide for all she does for our students in music; also thanks to our students' parents and families, and to the 1st grade teachers and helpers, Mrs. Parks, Ms. Harte, Mrs. Eggert, Mrs. Cady, Ms. Richards, and Ms. Sherbeyn.

Please join us next week for our 2nd grade Christmas concert!

Come cheer on the VMS Lady Badgers tonight!
