VMS Students attend the Life Skills Rally in Lincoln on Monday with Mrs. Janell Stoeger and Mr. Kevin Pettigrew. Students heard from several Husker coaches and athletes about important lessons and how to overcome adversity. They also got to watch Husker Women’s Basketball dominate in their season opener!

7th grade scientists in Mrs. Perrett's class explored the mantle and crust using silly putty and blocks this week!
VES would like to thank Coach Porath, Coach Eggert and the Valentine High School Girls Volleyball Team for coming over to celebrate their sub-districts win today at our monthly Badger Assembly. Coaches and players shared some great advice for students on what it takes to be successful and work as a team to achieve your goals. Congratulations to these ladies on their record breaking season and good luck at districts Saturday! Congratulations to our VES October Badgers of the Month!
Happy Halloween Eve from VES! Congratulations to our Pumpkin Weight Guessing Contest winner, kindergarten student Pehren Battershaw! VES would like to thank the Schneider family from Lakeview for their awesome pumpkin donations for students and staff to enjoy!
Students will go outside for a costume parade walk at 2:15pm tomorrow and then return to their rooms for class parties from 2:30-3:15pm. Parent volunteers will be able to get into classrooms at 2:15 to set up for parties. Please me mindful of our costume guidelines that were sent home.

🇺🇸 🇺🇸 Valentine Middle School happily invites the public to attend our Veterans Day Program on Tuesday, November 11th at 2pm in the VMS Gymnasium. VMS takes great pride in this annual program and we are excited to pack the gym to honor all those who have served and are currently serving our country! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
