4th Graders from VES toured the Bessey Ranger District at The Nebraska National Forest in Halsey on Wednesday. Students learned about the tree nursery, grasslands, bison, and camping guidelines. All students attending also received a small tree to take home and plant. Thank you 4th grade teachers for supporting students throughout the day!
VMS Student Council is hosting a "VMS Teacher and Staff Member of the Month" throughout the the 24-25 school year. All students in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades vote in each category and get to learn a little more about their teachers and staff! May's Teacher of the month is Mrs. Kris Krolikowski! The Valentine Elementary School Annual Title One Meeting will be held on May 15, 2025. Two sessions will be available to make it more convenient for parents of Elementary students to participate. The sessions will take place in the Title One classroom.

Explanation of the Parent/Student/ Teacher Compact and any concerns about the compact

VMS Announcements 04/29/2025
MS Golfers had a beautiful day golfing (with one big rainfall) at Atkinson yesterday. We were very proud of how many of our golfers improved their scores from last week. Individually we had Parker Wackler placed 4th (42), Trevor TwoStrike 5th (43), Tyler Williams 6th (44), and Spencer tied for 8th (47).
