This is a reminder that Badger Cub Club is cancelled at the elementary for today, Monday, April 29, and Thursday, May 2. Please pick your student up when school dismisses at VES at 3:25 pm. Badger Cub Club is cancelled at the middle school for just Thursday, May 2.
VES families, please plan to attend our annual family engagement night, Beach Bash, this Thursday, May 2, 5:30-7:00 pm. It is open house style and will be a lot of fun! To help with the flow of people, Kindergarten families please enter through the front door, 1st and 2nd grade families enter through your (south) doors, and 3rd and 4th families enter through the 3rd grade (north) doors. Go in the door of your youngest student if you have more than one!

The 4th grade field trip to Halsey tomorrow has been cancelled by the forest service due to the predicted weather. We have some fun things planned for the 4th grade tomorrow at school since we are unable to make the field trip happen. They were looking forward to bringing their picnic lunch, so please plan to still do that. Call VES if you have any questions.

On Monday the VMS Golf Team traveled to the Atkinson/Staurt Golf Tournament, it was a beautiful day, and every golfer improved and had something positive to say about their round! We had four in the top 15: Westin Witte got 4th with a 41, Trevor Two Strike got 6th with a 42, Parker Wackler got 7th with a 42, Raken Tinant got 14th with a 46. Our top girls were Austin Deibler with a 51, Mady Bopp with a 55, and Leah Osnes with a 55. Our next Tournament is our home meet at Frederick’s Peak on Tuesday. Way to go Badgers!!
Parents/guardians of the 2024-2025 kindergarten class, please attend Monday, April 29, if you are able! We are excited to meet the incoming kindergarten students.
