Southwest Conference in Gothenburg on Monday, November 25 was one for the books as elite performers left absolutely nothing on the table. Although Valentine did not place overall, they brought a strong performance and the following were awarded outstanding performers within the production: Hope Woodraska, Camilla Brown, Sari LaDeaux, Praise Maunu, Titus Maunu, Jenalee Garwood and Josie Shaul.
Districts takes place in Bridgeport on Wednesday, December 4th and the community is invited to the free public performance on Friday, December 6th, 5:30 pm at the Valentine High School Auditorium.

Congrats to our All-District Football players!

VES Morning Drop-off went well with the parking lot changes today. The snow added some adversity, thanks for your patience. The cones were out to block the diagonal parking, not for lane direction or anything, they will be out of the way tomorrow morning. If you are dropping your students at the curb in the morning, please PULL FORWARD as far as you can to the South before stopping to let them out. This will allow for more vehicles to pull in behind you and let multiple students out at the same time. This process will continue to get better each day as we all get used to the change. Thanks for your flexibility.

Middle School Girls Basketball Jamboree today!

VES Parking Lot Change: There will no longer be parking available at the curb in the Main Parking Lot. The lines are being painted RED, which means NO PARKING. At morning drop off, you can now let your students out at the curb without having to park if you would like. If you choose to park and walk them to the sidewalk, please use the available spots in the lot. After school dismissal will continue to be the same procedure. Please park and meet your students on the sidewalk. This change will increase student safety, decrease vehicles waiting to get into the parking lot, and increase the visibility for everyone involved. Thank you for helping us keep VES students safe!
