VMS 3rd Quarter Honor Rolls
Thank you to all of the students and families who attended VES Saddling Up for Success last night! We had a great turnout, and it was so fun to see students and their families engaged in our different games, crafts, and activities! Thank you to all of the VES staff, PTA, Ann & Monty Neiffer, and others who assisted in making this night possible, and a special shoutout to Mrs. Deb Jeffers who put a lot of time and effort into planning and organizing into the event!
We are so proud of Gracey Taylor! She has her Ducks in a Row to attend South Dakota State University and study Ag Education. You will be amazing, Gracey!
Valentine Community Schools would like to thank Coach Allison for all of his hard work and dedication to the Wrestling program. Coach Allison has decided to step down as Head Wrestling Coach. Shane has been the Head Coach at Valentine High School for the last 18 years. Coach Allison’s tenure has led to one of the most successful wrestling programs in the state of Nebraska. He has led several State Championship Teams as well as coached numerous individual State Champions. His teams have also set several State/State Meet records. Shane’s positive impact on his athletes’ lives was a huge part of their success. Coach Allison will continue that positive impact by coaching Middle School Wrestling. Thank you Coach Allison!!

Have a great spring break! This is a reminder that we have our family night, VES Saddling Up for Success, next week Thursday, March 16. This is for Kindergarten through 4th grade students and their families, and it will be from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. There will be no after school club at the elementary that day.
