I'd like to nominate Annalena Nelson for Scholar of the Week. Annalena shows up with a good attitude every day. She is kind to her classmates and has really pushed herself as a leader in class lately. This semester, Annalena is off to a strong start in English class. She is attentive, studious, and communicative (with absences for school activities). Her writing has really impressed me. Keep it up, Annalena!

The Music Department has 3 students participating in the UNK Honor Music Festival today! Praise Maunu is in the Honor Choir, Allen Ward is in the Festival Choir, and Roman Dillon is in the Festival Band.
