Valentine Community Schools is seeking a High School Secretary/Substitute Coordinator for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will be approximately 30 hours per week with a start date of July 29th. VCS offers a competitive wage and benefits package.
Some duties with this position will include:
Substitute Coordinator, Manage Daily Announcements, Update Marquee, Prepare and Coordinate Various Functions Such as Honors Day Program, PT Conferences and assist with Graduation, Making and Receiving Phone Calls and Relaying Messages, Help Supervise Students in the Office and at Lunch, Work Closely with Office Staff and Other Student Supervisors, Dispense Medication, Assist Students with Access to School Resources.

Due to scheduling conflict the girls youth (grades 3-6) basketball camp today has been moved to Wednesday at the same time. The junior high girls basketball camp will run at that same time with the gym divided. The youth camp tomorrow will go on as scheduled at the middle school.
