All students who plan to participate in any sport for the 25-26 school year must have an annual sports physical. Physical forms are available in the high school office and must be filled out before your appointment.
Middle School weight room includes Grades 5th-8th.
Summer weights starts tomorrow. High school sessions run from 6-7:15 and 7:15-8:30. Middle school session will run from 8:30-9:30.
