🚨 Any senior parent that sees this!! The newspaper always highlights the class of 2025. Currently there are only 2 seniors that have sent their pictures and completed the form they received in Government (I believe). Honor's Day Program on May 20th at 7pm at the high school gymnasium for Valentine Middle School, Simeon School and Cutcomb School students. Public is welcome to attend!
7th grade tree planting tomorrow!
4th Graders from VES toured the Bessey Ranger District at The Nebraska National Forest in Halsey on Wednesday. Students learned about the tree nursery, grasslands, bison, and camping guidelines. All students attending also received a small tree to take home and plant. Thank you 4th grade teachers for supporting students throughout the day!
VMS Student Council is hosting a "VMS Teacher and Staff Member of the Month" throughout the the 24-25 school year. All students in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades vote in each category and get to learn a little more about their teachers and staff! May's Teacher of the month is Mrs. Kris Krolikowski! Staff Member of the month is Mrs. Jody Hronek! Congrats!

Congratulations again to our Norfolk Classic Track and Field Qualifiers. We had another qualifier! Jekhi Williams has now qualified for the 200m!
Thank you to everyone who helped with our MS track meet today! Coaches/athletes, Donna and Dave Billings, Dan Publow, Rex Gallino, Mark Osborne, Donna Valentine, Kaylyn Reiser, and Mr. Halley especially!
Valentine Elementary School Title One Annual Meeting
May 15, 2025
8:00 am or 2:45 pm
The Valentine Elementary School Annual Title One Meeting will be held on May 15, 2025. Two sessions will be available to make it more convenient for parents of Elementary students to participate. The sessions will take place in the Title One classroom.
The agenda:
What the Schoolwide Title One Program is and how students may be chosen to participate
Explanation of the Parent/Student/ Teacher Compact and any concerns about the compact
Review of the Parent and Family Engagement Policy and any questions concerning the policy
