FBLA Fundraiser - Tuesday 8/27/19. Help us launch FBLA!

Just a reminder that at VES, our breakfast serving time is from 7:40-8:00. The first bell is at 8:10, and class starts at 8:15. If your child is eating breakfast, it is best to drop them off prior to 8:00 so they can have enough time to sit down and eat all of their breakfast!

The Valentine TeamMates Mentoring Program Chapter is doing a raffle fundraiser. They will be raffling 2 Nebraska Cornhusker vs. Indiana football tickets (October 26, 2019). Valentine Elementary Upcoming Events

This a reminder that we need a copy of any student's physical that will be participating in sports by Monday or they will not be allowed to practice. If you got your physical at Cherry Co. Clinic you will need to bring a copy in as they gave the students their copy to turn in. Please check with your coach to see if you have a copy on file.

We will be doing concussion testing for all Freshmen and Juniors that will be participating in athletics on Tuesday August 13th @ 1:30 in the commons area. Please bring your chrome book which will be checked out on Monday.

Mark you calendars! Tom Osborne will be coming to Valentine on Friday, August 23 to speak about the TeamMates Mentoring Program at the Peppermill Restaurant from 12:00-1:00pm. Bring a friend!

Parents are encouraged to only attend one session if you have a student in both lower elementary and upper elementary, and if you have a student in kindergarten, you do not need to attend. The nurse, secretary, and counselor will be on hand as well to discuss a few things.
