BADGER OF THE WEEK
Tierney Miller, Junior, Girls Golf
Tierney has had a great year on the links. She led the Lady Badgers to a team championship at Districts qualifying the team for the state tournament. Tierney helped her team by shooting an 86 and winning the individual district championship as well. She will be one of only 7 returning medal winners at the state tournament after finishing 12th overall in 2024.

"We going to the 'ship, what?!" The Lady Badger Golfers are bringing home the title of District C5 CHAMPS with a team score of a 395. Medalist from the tournament are as follows:
Tierney Miller, your individual district CHAMP shot an 86, Joni Cox took 3rd with a 90 (PR) and Rylee Wackler took 8th with a 102.
Sam Sprenger and Grace Murphy completed our team of 5. Kassie Hanson attended as an alternate.
Congratulations to our District Champion Girls Golf Team!!! Placing in the Top Ten was Joni Cox (3rd) and Rylee Wackler (8th) and winning the District Meet was Tierney Miller!!
VHS Student Project:
VES will again be completing the SAEBRS behavior screener for all students. K-4 teachers will fill out the teacher version next week. 3rd & 4th grade students will take the self assessment with Mrs. Jordan during guidance classes later this month. Please see the attached letter for more information. If you choose to opt your students out of the process or have questions, please call the VES office at 402-376-1780.
