I am embarking on a project to help fight childhood obesity. I will be posting weekly on topics related to this topic. I encourage you to utilize the like function if you read the post. Use the share function if you found the information useful and want others to see it. I encourage you to comment on topics if you have questions or comments on the topic. This will help me gauge the effectiveness of my posts. I look forward to your comments, and encourage you to help me fight this epidemic facing our children.

Get ready, Badger nation...we have exciting news! We have a physical space for our store in 23-24! VHS room 101. This means expanded shopping hours and LOTS of new merch! Stay tuned...we will keep you posted as we get this school year rolling.
Congratulations to our very own Mr. Sayer for being named NSASSP Middle School Principal of the Year! We are so fortunate to have him serving as our middle school and rural school principal. He builds such positive relationships with his students. Congrats!

Valentine High School will be closed to the public Monday July 31st through Wednesday August 2nd.
VFL Schedule
VFL check out is tonight at 6. 7-8 grade at middle school and 5-6 at old gym. We are short on numbers but will accept registrations through check out tonight. VFL teaches our youth players our high school base playbook on offense and defense.
