Here at VHS we recognize September as Suicide Awareness Month, but also want resources to be available all of the time for students and their families. Please check out our new section titled "Mental Health Services" on the school webpage for resources and information on mental health and suicide awareness.

The 2025 Homecoming Parade will take place on Friday, September 26th at 2:30 PM. It will begin at 1st and Main, follow the regular parade route to 5th street, and end at the elementary/high school parking lots. Entry forms are available at any of the schools, KVSH, or can be printed here. Please be sure they are returned by Thursday, September 25th.

Clarra truly pushes herself academically. As a sophomore she's taking college credit food science, pre-calculus, personal finance, and CNA classes. She does all this while carrying a 98.25% GPA for the semester. Great work Clarrah!

Valentine Lady Badger golfers were 3 strokes away from placing 2nd as a team in Gothenburg on 9/16. The team shot a 389. We medaled two girls today: Joni Cox 7th with a 93 and Sam Sprenger 12th with a 96. Not far out of placing was Tierney Miller. Rylee Wackler came in with a score that was 17 strokes better than last year and Grace Murphy rocked it for her first time at Gothenburg. Kassie Hanson was the team's #1 cheerleader today! The girls play at home next Tuesday! Come out and cheer them on!!
