Tomorrow's HS GBB/BBB games vs. North Central will be played in Springview. Starting @ 4pm - 3 quarters of JV GBB, followed by 4 quarters of JV BBB. Varsity GBB, then Varsity BBB to follow.

SCHOLAR BADGER OF THE WEEK
Burke Rhodes, Sophomore
I would like to acknowledged Burke Rhodes for his efforts in English 2. Burke works hard, receives feedback well, and puts his best effort into things. His written responses are thoughtful and show reflection. We are currently reading Night by Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel, and Burke has visited Auschwitz. He has shared some of his experience in class, and I appreciate his perspective. Burke has grown a lot as a student this school year.

ESU #17 is excited to partner with the Children’s Literacy Initiative to host a Family Literacy Engagement Night for families with children ages birth-5 in Valentine on Tuesday, February 24th, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. CST. The event will take place at the Valentine Elementary School. Families from Cody-Kilgore are invited and welcome to join as well.
