Congrats once again to our awesome VMS Golfers! 9 of our Badgers placed in the top 10 yesterday in their dual against Ainsworth! 1st Tanner Two Strike (40), 2nd Kanzas Kellum (40), 3rd Reeves Witte (40), 4th Kyron Monore (49), 5th Thurston Ravenscroft (50), 6th Madi Pitts (51), 7th Joni Cox (51), 8th Caden Stankoski (52), and 10th Robinson LaDeaux (56). 

VHS Talent Show Permission forms and fees are due TODAY to the office from those that signed up:  Paige Sprenger, Wrigley Greenough, Boone Jespersen, Presslee Pettigrew. 

**8th graders: There is a sign up sheet in the office if you are interested in going on a river trip put on by parents at the end of year. It will be from Cornell to Smith Falls by canoe, participants are responsible for arranging someone to drop them off at Cornell and pick them up from Smith Falls, there is a $5 fee to go down, letters will go out next week to parents with specifics and permission slips. Make sure to sign up in the office before the end of the day tomorrow!

No school this Friday, May 6th due to VMS/VHS Track Invite.

For any current 6th and 7th graders that are planning on going out for volleyball, next fall, please meet in Mrs. Tinant's room on Monday, May 9 after school for a brief meeting.

There will be a MS BB meeting in Mr. Coleman's room after school on Tuesday, May 10th. If you plan on playing basketball next year, please plan on attending.

Students need to return any library books they are not currently reading by Tuesday May 10 and ALL library books by Friday, May 13th.  We have 3 shelves of free books they may choose from if they need a book to read after that.

Students who frequently order double meals and extra drinks for lunch need to check their lunch balances and make sure they have an extra $1.80 for each day in their accounts. (Including today, if a student ordered doubles each day, they would need at least $1.80 x 10 = $18.00.  They need to add an additional $.50 for each extra juice or milk per day.)

End of the year check outs will begin next week. ALL 6th graders will be turning in their chromebooks, chromebook covers and chargers on Tuesday, May 10th. 5th graders will be turning theirs in on Wednesday 11th, 7th and 8th graders turning in on Thursday 12th. Please make sure you are prepared! Fees and Fines are posted outside the lunchroom on the door. Make sure you check it to see if your name is on the list. These fees are due by Friday, May 13th.
