  • Lunch will be Soft Shell Beefy Tacos, Fish Nuggets w/Dinner Roll, or Chef Salad w/Roasted Flatbread.
  • The Badger Boosters Annual Sports Banquet will be 6:00pm on Sunday, May 1st at the Peppermill.  Athletes can pick up their complimentary ticket in the office.  Additional tickets can be purchased for $15 in advance or $20 at the door.  Get your tickets by today so they can get a head count on how many to plan for.
  • The 2021-2022 VHS yearbook is on sale! Go to www.treering.com or use the QR code on the posters around the school to order yours today. If you order by the end of the school year, you can get two customized pages for free and yearbooks will be shipped to the school for free!
  • Seniors have until tomorrow to get their Senior questionnaire turned into the office or you will not be included in the newspaper insert.
  • Seniors remember to email your Senior photo to valentinenews@valentinenews.com or drop it off at Midland News, or the school office before tomorrow.
  • FFA Banquet will be tonight at 6 pm at the 4H building.
  • There will be a mandatory NHS meeting for all current members tomorrow morning at 7:30 in Mrs. Adams room.
  • There will be a girls basketball meeting tomorrow at 7:20 am in Mr. Bish’s room for those going out next year.
  • Interact Blood Drive will be Thursday in the Multi-purpose room from 9 am till 3 pm.
  • Norfolk Track Classic will be at 4:15 pm Thursday.  Team going will eat 1st shift at 11:30 am and then depart at 11:45 am.
  • Golf is at North Central Thursday at 2 pm. Team will dismiss at 11:30, eat 1stlunch shift and depart at 11:45 am.
  • Students who are attending the writing river trip on Friday should meet in Mrs. Pilakowski's room right after school TODAY (Tuesday) for a VERY quick meeting to give you more details about Friday's trip.
  • Students who are attending Friday's river trip must return their permission slip to Mrs. Kilmer or Mrs. Pilakowski by Thursday.
  • Don’t say you don’t have a talent because what I heard last night proves otherwise! The band and choir students that got on stage and sang or played an instrument you are rockstars!  Nice job Band and Choir! Way to go Mrs. Springer and Mrs. Rhoades. Now all of you should be signing up for the Badger Talent Show!!! May 10, 2022 at 7:00 pm! Entry forms are in the office!! Part of the Proceeds will go to Outlook Nebraska in Omaha, a nonprofit that benefits visually impaired of Nebraska. 
  • There will be a fishing club meeting Thursday morning in Mr. Jensen's room. We will be discussing sponsorships, shirts, and setting up plans for the upcoming state tournament.
