  1. Lunch for today: Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza, Scalloped Potatoes & Ham w/Dinner Roll, or Fajita Deli Wrap.
  2. 2.Student Council if your dues are paid you may stop in Mrs. Arganbright's room and pick up your t-shirts. 
  3. One Act Play practice today at 3:45 pm and Monday at 7 am in the Auditorium.
  4. The one-act team is raising funds to help pay for their scripts, set, costumes, makeup, props, and other expenses. Items are shipped directly to you by ordering from this link: https://hflynndesigns.com/collections/valentine-badgers 
  5. FBLA will have a group meeting at 2:00 next Monday right after school. 
  6. Any student who is ineligible will begin checking their phone into Mr. Cronin's office until they are eligible. This will begin next Monday.
  7. Any student who owes work for a teacher will be required to stay after school next Monday at 2:00. As soon as you are caught up with all your work you will be dismissed by a teacher otherwise you will be here until 3:15. That list is posted in the office window today.
  8. Departure for the College visit to Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff and Chadron State College next Tuesday is at 7 am and should arrive back to Valentine around 7:30 pm.
  9. There will be a meeting for all those interested in going out for wrestling Tuesday after school in Mr. Allison's room.
  10. Interact will be sponsoring the American Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday, Nov. 5th from 9 am till 3 pm. Sign up during your lunch period this week if you want to give blood, remember that if you are 16 and under you will need a form signed by your parent.
  11. Today is last chance to pick up posters that were taken from the lockers before they are thrown away.
  12. Juniors please pay $15 dues to Jaycie or Mrs. Buechle as soon as possible.  
  13. Unsupervised students are not allowed in the gym after school. Please contact a coach/teacher or Mr. Beebout/Mr. Cronin to supervise Open Gyms after school.
  14. Seniors check your email from Journalism about Senior Prophecies.  Seniors need to fill the Google form out as soon as possible.
  15. A representative from Wayne State will be here next Wednesday, Nov. 3rd, at 8 am. Sign up in the office if you want to see them.
  16. There will be a meeting next Wednesday, Nov. 3rd  at 7:20 am in Mr. Bish’s room for those girls interested in going out for Girls basketball this year.
  17. Are you needing help with homework? Sometimes a friend makes it easier to understand. Student Council is offering a breakfast club the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month where you can get help on your assignments. Join us Thursday, November 4th at 7:15 in Mrs. Arganbright's room for breakfast and study time! 
  18. State wrestling ticket orders are now being taken at the high school office for the state tournament in Omaha February 17th through the 19th.  Although we will be able to submit a group order again this year, a few changes have taken place:  All tickets will be distributed electronically.  You will need a Ticketmaster account associated with the email you provide.  Payment in full will be required when placing your order.  Tickets for all B & C sessions, including girls, are $36 each.  Orders need to be placed by Thanksgiving break November 23rd.  
  19. Any student council member that would like to attend the leadership conference in Kearney on Wednesday, November 17th, please see the announcement in the Band App.
  20. Congratulations to the following for being the winners for Goal Setting:  Brayden Battershaw, Olena Felton, & Taryn Tinant.  You may pick up your prize money in the office.
