SCHOLAR OF THE WEEK
Addison Kierl, Sophomore
Addi has worked hard in plant science class during our range management unit and utilized her knowledge to place first at the Area Range Judging contest in North Platte. Addison had the highest score in both the Jr. and Sr. Divisions and helped Valentine win the contest.

BADGER OF THE WEEK
MaKenzie Long, Senior, Cross-Country
MaKenzie Long’s leadership and dedication to her cross country team placed her 14th at our district meet in Ogallala on Thursday, October 14. This qualified her for the state cross-country meet which was held in Kearny on October 22nd. MaKenzie ran hard and had a personal time of 22:14 and finished 41st out of 118 qualifiers. A great way to end a fantastic career.
