ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Lunch for today is: Beef Taco in a Bag, Oven Roasted Hot Dog, or Fresh Baked Turkey & Cheese Sub.
• Tryouts for this year's one act play will be held tonight after school and Thursday at 7 a.m. in the auditorium. Athletes should plan accordingly in order to not miss your sports practices.
• Seniors, please check your emails and complete the Google form sent from Journalism. Baby pictures are due September 30th.  Please turn them into Kassity Denbo, Alyssa Hockenbary, Mataya Morrison, Finley Mosner, or Mrs. Hand.
• Attention Student Council, please check your Band App. See Mrs. Mrs. Arganbright with questions..
• Students if you are planning on bringing a Homecoming  date from another school this is your reminder to get a form from Mrs. Arganbright. Homecoming will be held on Friday, October 1st. 
• School pictures will be today during period 1 in the auditorium. Seniors do not need a packet but will report to the auditorium today between 7:30-8:00 am to have a picture taken for the student file.  Someone will come around to period 1 classes to escort students to the auditorium.  
• Junior class members interested in being on the Homecoming window decorating or float committees need to meet in Ms. Sherbeyn’s room after school Thursday.`
• Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases we feel it necessary to take some extra precautions. We are operating in the YELLOW on our "return to school" plan.  Temperature checks will be done again in the morning during 1st period and beginning of 5th period. We encourage social distancing and have gone back to 4 chairs at a table in the cafeteria. Students report to their 1st period at 7:50 am. Increased sanitation has also been done.  Although masks are not mandated at this time they are encouraged.
• JV Girls Golf will be at West Holt Thursday at 4 pm. Team will dismiss at 1:45 and depart at 2 pm.
• Attention all students!! Please check your emails! Student Council has elected to nominate more candidates from different organizations of the school. You may receive more than one royalty nomination ballot please vote on every ballot you receive. NOT everyone will receive a ballot those involved in activities WILL.   If you have any questions please see Mrs. Arganbright.
• There is a PTA meeting Thursday at 6:15 pm at the Peppermill for anyone interested in being in PTA.
• Spirit Squad will practice Friday at 6:30 am.
• Reminder to those wishing to take the Oct. 23^rd ACT test that the deadline to register is this Friday.
• Middle & High School Cross Country will be at O’Neill Friday at 3:30 pm. Team will eat 1^st shift and dismiss at noon, departing at 12:15 pm.
• Any Sophomore students interested in helping select the clothing items for our badger gear fundraiser meet Thursday morning 7:30 am in Mrs. Swim’s room.  
• Congratulations to the Valentine golf team placed 4th out of 14 schools with a 392. Receiving medals were Mekallyn Bancroft placing 11^th with a 91, Katryn Bancroft 14^th with a 96. Jaycie Cox shot a 101, Becca McGinley 104, & Nicole Williams a 115.
• Homecoming week will be September 27-October 1^st with the theme: Blazing through the decades. The Spirit days are as follows: Monday the roaring ‘20s, Tuesday ‘50s & ‘60s, Wednesday ‘70s, Thursday ‘80s & ‘90s, and Friday SPIRIT Day!Please make sure you check your email for a ballot and vote by 11:59 PM TONIGHT!
