SCHOLAR OF THE WEEK
Sheldyn Rodgers, Sophomore
I would like to nominate Sheldyn (Lola) Rodgers for Scholar of the Week. Sheldyn is an ideal student in Spanish, she always comes to class with a positive attitude and desire to do well. I can always count on Sheldyn to be helping others or myself in the classroom everyday. She doesn't just rush to get the assignment done, she always wants to know the "why/how" of any material we are covering. She is consistent with doing excellent work and being happy. I truly enjoy having this amazing young lady in class.

BADGER OF THE WEEK
Chris Williams, Senior, Wrestling
Chris finished his career this past weekend as one of the most decorated wrestlers in our rich wrestling tradition. Chris was a four time state finalist and a three time state champion. His closest match at state was a 11-2 major decision in the finals. Not only was a great wrestler, but he was team captain, a great leader, an example of what to do and how to act, and a great student. Chris will continue his wrestling and academic career at Northern State next year. Congrats on a great career Chris!
