~ VHS Student Announcements ~

  • Lunch for today is: Teriyaki Chicken over Rice, Cheese/Pepperoni Pizza, Italian Turkey Sub, Uncrustable, Crispy Chicken Sandwich Basket

  • Happy Birthday to the following students this week: Royal Foote(5th), Laken Krogman(8th), Lily Kornely(8th), Raken Tinant(10th)

  • Happy Birthday to the following staff members this week:

  • Please be sure to get everything out of the locker rooms on Friday or get your items locked up.

  • Sophomores - sign up for concessions this Friday outside Mrs. Adams' door.  Remember it is 1/2 off your dues if you work, and the money goes to help fund your prom next year. 

  • Varsity FB @ Valentine at 7:00PM on Friday. Senior Night GG/FB/XC.

NEXT WEEK

  • FBLAers...Please complete your State Leadership Competition plan(s) and have one for each event turned into Mrs. Cardinal before break which is 10/13/26 for sophomores and 10/14/26 for juniors and seniors.  Please ask Cardinal or Wonnenberg if you need help. 

  • State Golf @ Lake Maloney Golf Course on Monday & Tuesday. Students will depart on Sunday. 

  • CNA Students will be gone all day on Tuesday.

  • R/JV/V VB @ Todd County at 5:00PM on Tuesday. Students will be dismissed at 3:15PM. 

  • All Sophomores will be going to a career exploration day in Kearney on Wednesday. Bus will depart at 5:30AM. 

  • Soprano/Alto day at CSC on Wednesday. Bus will depart at 7:00AM.

  • Please take home all food containers from your cubbies over break.  Any containers left over break WILL BE THROWN AWAY.

  • No School on Thursday - Parent teacher conferences. 

  • District Cross Country @ Grant Nebraska on Thursday. Bus will depart at 11:15AM. 

  • JV/V Triangular @ Chadron at 4:00PM on Thursday. Buss will depart at 1:30PM. 

  • No School on Friday - District In-Service. 

  • FB vs Mitchell @ Valentine at 7:00PM on Friday.

  • ACT on Saturday in the HS Commons.

  • SPVA Tournament @ Chase County at 10:00AM on Saturday. Bus will depart at 5:30AM.

  • No School on Monday - Fall Break.
