 ~ VHS Student Announcements ~

Date: May 19th, 2025

  • Lunch for today is: Cook’s Choice     -Make sure to tell Anna goodbye and goodluck as today is her last day at VCS. 

  • Be sure to stop in and congratulate Mr. Muirhead on his retirement/career change this week! 

  • Windy and rainy. The 18 hole tournament was changed to a 9 hole tournament and started at 1pm because of the course conditions after 2 inches of rain. Valentine placed 2 out of 7 teams. Varsity medals: 5th Caden Stankoski  44, 9th Cooper Phillips  46, 10th Westin Witte  46. JV 1st place Thurston Ravenscroft

  • Reminder to students that all lunch balances and fines MUST be paid before you sign out at the end of the year. 

  • Varsity District Golf on Monday. Students departed on Sunday. 

  • Anyone interested in volunteering with robotics or organizing a high school level robotics club over the summer, please meet in the commons area after school on Monday, May 19. 

  • Semester Test Day 1 on Tuesday.

  • Semester Test Day 2 on Wednesday.

  • State Track on Friday & Saturday. 

  • Yearbooks are now on sale.  Scan one of the flyers hanging around the school to order yours today.  Yearbook orders are due by 5/30.

  • Summer Wrestling forms are due on Friday. Cost is $150 and checks can be made out to VHS. 

  • Students participating in District Track on Thursday will depart on Wednesday right after school.

  • ***Attention: all students have been emailed a Google form for the 25-26 school year class officers. The forms will close on Friday after school!! Please vote for your class officers. If you did not receive a form, contact Mrs. Arganbright***
