VCS is hosting an American Civics meeting on Monday, May 5 at 4:00 PM in the high school board room, to share what we are teaching in our Social Studies classes
The Nebraska State Board of Education must set clear, testable academic standards in core subjects, including social studies (with financial literacy and Holocaust/genocide education) and computer science. This is the 2nd of our 2 annual American Civics meetings.
