~ VHS Student Announcements ~

• Lunch for today is: Pizza Pasta Bake w/Garlic Breadstick, Chicken Nugs, Uncrustable/Cheese, Hot Dog Basket

• Varsity Golf @ Bassett at 12:00PM on Thursday. Students will be dismissed at 9:45AM. 

• Track @ Norfolk at 4:00PM on Thursday. Students will be dismissed at 11:30. 

• JV Golf @ Mullen at 2:00PM on Friday. Students will be dismissed at 11:15AM. 

• Track @ Ogallala at 11:00AM on Saturday. Bus will depart at 6:30AM. 

• If you have submitted your application for journalism or broadcasting you need to sign up for a creating session. The sign up is located outside of Mrs Arganbright’s room. 

• Yearbooks are now on sale.  Scan one of the flyers hanging around the school to order yours today.  Yearbook orders are due by 5/30.

• Badger Booster Sports Award Ceremony will be May 4th at 6:00 in the auditorium. All athletes, parents, coaches, and fans are encouraged to attend.

• Sophomores - Make sure you get your money for the Split the Pot fundraiser to Mrs. Shelbourn this week. Students not selling tickets will have their name added to the fines and dues list next week.

• The Student Council will be having their annual talent show on Tuesday May 6th at 6:30 PM. Anyone is welcome to participate. Registrations can be picked up at any VCS School, KVSH, or Valentines City Library. All proceeds will benefit Mrs. Springer with medical expenses.  

• Baccalaureate will be held on Wednesday May 7th at 7:00pm in the auditorium.

• Seniors, if you are interested in reading a Bible verse at the baccalaureate please reach out to Kimber.

• Current NHS Members, there is a mandatory meeting Tuesday morning @ 7:45 regarding the induction ceremony in Mrs. Adam’s room

• There will be a mandatory NHS initiation practice for all new and current members on Monday at 7:30AM in the auditorium.
