Date, September 10th, 2024

• Lunch for today is: Taco in a Bag, Pork Fritter San, Crispy Chicken San, Uncrustable/Cheese

• Today's cross country practice will be at 7 PM at the high school track.

• Girls Varsity Golf today @ Chadron at 10:00am. Bus will leave at 6:30AM

• JV/V Volleyball today @ O’Neill. Students will be dismissed at 2:15PM.

• One Act Auditions will be Wednesday at 7:00AM

• One Act make up Auditions will be Thursday evening at 7:00PM

• There will be a meeting Thursday morning at 7:30AM in Mr. Jensen's classroom for anyone interested in being a part of the Badger Fishing Club this year. 

• School pictures are Friday. Seniors, please go in before school starts to get your pictures taken. 9th-11th grade will be called by class. 

• One Act read through will be Friday at 7:00AM

• Sophomore Health Checks will be Friday starting at 10:45AM

• Varsity Football @ Gibbon on Friday. Students will be dismissed at 12:45PM

• XC @ Broken Bow at 9:00AM on Saturday. Bus will depart at 6:00AM

• Varsity Volleyball @ Cozad at 9:00AM on Saturday. Bus will depart at 7:45AM

• If you are planning to take a homecoming date from out of town. Please complete the out-of-town date form found in the office. This needs to be completed and back to the office by Monday September 30th.

• Applications for Write the River which will be Monday, Sept. 23 are in the office. Pick one up if you are interested. 

• VCS Safety & Security Team is looking for student representatives!  This is a tremendous opportunity for school leaders to truly hear your perspectives and consider your experiences when making decisions about school safety and security.  If you are interested in joining the team, please email or call Alison Larsen at the middle school by Friday, September 13th

• Are you interested in creating a website for a local business?  Please come and talk to Mrs. Cardinal by Wednesday, 9.11.24.

• Mrs. Arganbright has 3 softcover yearbooks for sale ($50).
