VMS Golfers will travel to Bassett today for their first competition of the season! Tee time is 1pm, team will be dismissed at 10:45 and will depart at 11am.
7th and 8th graders received dance/river trip forms yesterday in 9th period. These need to be filled out by you AND your parents and returned to Bobbi Battershaw by May 10th. Please do not return them to the school. If you did not receive one, Alison has some in the office.

Summer Activities sign up will be held this Friday at the Public Library 4pm to 6pm. This a one-stop to sign up for all the Youth Activities including Niobrara Council, ESU 13 Headstart, UNL Extension 4-H, Valentine Churches, Cub Scouts, Heart City Dance, Niobrara National Scenic River, Valentine Children & Families Coalition, Valentine Public Library, and MidPlains Community College. Make sure you stop by and sign up!!!
The Cherry County Ag Society is hosting a Poster Contest. The theme is “Cherry County Fair”. Use your creativity and showcase all the things that come to mind when you think about the county fair! Deadline is May 10th - ask Alison in the office any questions you might have. (Some students may be doing this in Art class,
everyone
is encouraged to participate!)
