Taylor Swift: Poetry in Lyrics - May 29th 1-4pm or 5-8pm at Mid-Plains Community College: Experience poetry by analyzing songs by Taylor Swift! Evaluate lyrics through a variety of critical lenses while learning the basics of literary theory and analysis. Students will have an opportunity to write their own poetry inspired by Taylor Swift’s subject matter and style. This will be a fun, interactive class for those who love music, poetry and of course, Taylor Swift. Taught by Dr. Jessie Allen. $30 individually or bring your BFF for $45 for two people!
