VMS Announcements 01/23/24

Lunch: Mac & Cheese, Breadstick, Hot Dog, Peas, Fruit and Veggie Bar, Milk or Juice
6th grade play cast members will rehearse in the music room at 3:30 today.
3rd Quarter Pep Rally today in the gym during 9th period! Please report to your 9th period class for attendance to be taken and then walk to the gym, you can sit with your grade like before. The following Pep Club students are excused from 8th period to help set up: Emma Homan, Mackenzie Huggins, Darby Murphy, Syerra Dawson, Tilden Foster, Ava Jones
VMS Boys Basketball will host their first home game this Thursday vs. Ainsworth at 4:30pm in the VMS Gym. Mrs. Thorpe’s Badger Pause will have concessions. Good luck Badgers
VMS Girls Wrestling will travel to Mitchell on Friday. Meet begins at 1pm and team will depart at 7:30am. Wrestle tough Lady Badgers!
VMS Boys Basketball will host a jamboree this Saturday at 10am at the VMS & VHS Gyms vs. Ainsworth, Gordon-Rushville & Chadron.

Middle School (A/8th Team):

High School (B/7th Team):

All students (and teachers!) are encouraged to make Valentines for Veterans! Cards should be no larger than 8.5 x 11 and are due by Feb. 2. Drop off boxes are located at the library, KVSH, and the Extension Office OR drop them off with Mrs. Stoeger. Questions? Call 402-389-1655.
There will be an ice fishing clinic on February 3 from 10-Noon at Cub Creek. More information will be posted by the office and the lunch room.
All Coronation candidates: there is a mandatory Coronation practice on Sunday, February 4, at 1pm at the High School Gym.
