VHS Announcements 01/17/24

  • Lunch for Thursday: Lasagna, Chicken Nuggets, Cheeseburger Basket, or Uncrustable, Cheese, & Cracker Platter. 

  • Coronation will be held Sunday February 4th at 5:30 PM at the High School gym. Tickets can be purchased from Mrs. Arganbright during lunch or after school. 

  • All students (and teachers!) are encouraged to make Valentines for Veterans!  Cards should be no larger than 8.5 x 11 and are due by Feb. 2.  Drop off boxes are located at the library, KVSH, and the Extension Office.  Questions?  Call 402-389-1655.  

  • JV/V GBB/BBB will be at home vs Stuart on Thursday. There will be no JV girls game. All games will be at the high school. JV Boys (2 quarters) @ 4:00pm. Varsity Girls @ 5pm. Varsity Boys to follow (approx 6:30pm).

  • JV/V GBB/BBB will be at Broken Bow on Friday at 4:00 pm. Students will be dismissed at 12:45 PM for a 1:00 PM departure. Due to forecasted weather: JV Boys (2 quarters) and JV Girls @ 4:00pm.  Varsity Boys @ 5:00pm. Varsity Girls @ 6:30pm.

  • Varsity Girls wrestling will be at Hemingford on Friday at 1:00 PM. Students will dismiss at 8:15 AM for an 8:30 AM departure. 

  • Varsity Boys wrestling will be at Chadron on Friday at 11:00 AM. Students will depart at 7:15 AM.

  • Varsity Girls/Boys wrestling will be at Chadron on Saturday at 10:00 AM. 

  • The Army National Guard rep will be here on Monday, January 22nd, during the lunch shifts.
