The week of February 9 to 15, 2020 is School Board Recognition Week in Nebraska.
Thanks to the six locally elected volunteers who make up the Valentine Community Schools Board of Education! Through their leadership, innovation, vision and engagement, they make Valentine a better place to live. VCS Board of Education members are Will Fisher, President; Kris Larsen, Vice President; Kent Lopez, Secretary; Clint Assarsson, Treasurer; and members Greg Gass and Shane Kime.
