There will be a flu shot clinic on Thursday, October 10th at the high school from 9-11 a.m.  This is open to school students, staff, families, and the public. The CDC recommends the flu shot for anyone over age 6 MONTHS, with VERY FEW exceptions.  They do bill insurance so bring your card and parent permission. Cross Country will be traveling to Atkinson today for their meet at 4 p.m. Students will be dismissed at 1 p.m. and the bus will depart at 1:15 p.m.

Volleyball team will be traveling to Gordon today for their game at 5 p.m. Central Time, team will dismiss at 2 p.m. and bus will depart at 2:15 p.m. Good luck to all our Badger athletes!

Tomorrow we will be running on a 2 p.m. dismissal schedule, no 4th or 6th periods. We will have a Homecoming pep rally at 1:30 p.m. in the gym, you will walk back to your classroom after the pep rally and will be dismissed at 2 p.m. 

Homecoming Parade is at 2:30 p.m. on Main Street and the high school football game is at 7 p.m. The Valentine PTA will be sponsoring a “Pass the Bucket” raffle. Purchase raffle tickets at the gate and during the first half of the Homecoming football game to earn a chance to win ½ of the donation money in the bucket that will be passed through the crowd.  Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
