  • There is a high increase of Influenza-Like Illness within Valentine Community Schools. If you are not feeling well, make sure to visit the nurse or the office so that we can take your temperature. Prevent yourself from getting sick by ALWAYS washing your hands or using hand sanitizer and help prevent others getting sick by ALWAYS covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze. Even if you have had a flu shot, you are still susceptible to getting the flu. Students and teachers are encouraged to wipe down desks and/or lockers frequently throughout the day to help the spread of illness.

  • Badger Highlight Night will be tonight here at the middle school. Badger Highlight Night is a great time to bring your parents to the school and show them all around! Teachers will have some fun classroom presentations and displays, there will be games in the gym, and there will even be a school wide scavenger hunt with prizes! There is no schedule, just bring your parents and come when you can anytime between 6:30 and 7:30 and have some fun!
  • Students if you need to take some sort of medication ranging from headaches, allergies, to a Doctor prescribed medication it needs to be checked into the office. If you have it in your locker, binder, or on you it is a serious school violation, so please check it in to the office or nurse.
