  • Lunch: Pizza, Chicken Sandwich, Mixed Veggies, Milk or Juice

  • Celebration Day in Badger Pause today. NO food or drink in the hallways and NO open drinks in your locker. Please put wrappers in the TRASH CAN.

  • Remember to distance yourselves as much as possible in classrooms and hallways. ALWAYS wash your hands, ALWAYS have your mask on and over your nose, and sanitize your hands frequently! There are several hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Hold on your masks, reuse them, wash them! Too many students are coming and getting masks every single morning. You must remember to wear your mask to school.

  • No visitors or TeamMates mentors are allowed in person at school now since we have moved to the Orange phase. TeamMates will need to check their emails from TeamMates organization or email Mrs. Thorpe to get set up via the portal for virtual mentoring. 

  • Our Veterans Day Program will be closed to the public this year due to the elevated risk of Covid cases. The program will still be filmed and live streamed through our live stream channel on November 11th at 2 p.m. : https://striv.tv/channel/valentine/

  • The Salvation Army is looking for Bell Ringers for the Holiday Season. If you are interested, please contact Shelley Pier at 402-322-5400.

  • Remember to donate to the VMS Student Council Warming Tree and Graham Cracker Drive! 

  • With gym capacity restrictions set at 50% we have the following information for attending upcoming Middle School Events:  • Valentine MS Wrestling Invite - each athlete will be given 2 tickets to distribute to who they want to attend. Tickets have to be presented at the gate to be allowed in. NO EXCEPTIONS. Admission will have to be paid with your ticket. 

    • Nov 10th - Valentine Girls vs North Central in basketball. Each student will be given 4 tickets to distribute to who they want to attend. Tickets have to be presented at the gate to be allowed in. NO EXCEPTIONS. Admission will have to be paid with your ticket. 

    • Nov 14th - MS Wrestling at Chadron. Each athlete will be allowed to have 2 people in attendance. Those attending must check in with the person at the gate and identify which student they are there for.
