  • Lunch:  Chicken Pot Pie, Cheeseburger, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Fruit & Veggie Bar

  • We will have periods 1, 2, 6, and 3 today.  Periods 1, 2, 3 will be 45 minutes and period 6 will be 25 minutes in length.  

  • Don’t forget the food drive challenge is on against Badger Pause groups and collectively against the high school! Please bring what you can!

  • Hoops for Hearts FYI … Did you know a 16-ounce bottle of soda can have as much sugar as 20 sugar cubes? To burn off all the calories from just one soda, a kid has to ride a bike for about 30 minutes - watch out for those sugary sodas and sip water instead!

  • American Legion Auxiliary Unit 90 and the Valentine Lions Club are celebrating our Veterans & Remembering Our Fallen with a Potato Bar & Chili Feed Monday, Nov. 11th from 5-7 pm at the fairgrounds.  Fireworks will go off at 7:30 pm. Everyone is encouraged to also visit the Memorial Wall Nov. 9th-13th at the Fairgrounds.

  • VMS Girls Basketball will be traveling to SPRINGVIEW tomorrow for their first game that begins at 5 p.m. Team will be dismissed by the office at 2:45, bus departs at 3 p.m.

  • The VMS Wrestling Invite will be tomorrow at 4:30 in the high school gym.  Mrs. Gass’s Badger Pause will have concessions.

  • The Veteran’s Day Program will be combined with the other schools at the high school gym at 2:00 p.m. today. We will be taking buses over beginning at 1:30.  Grant Springer and Tryston Gaver please make sure you are on the first bus. The program is expected to last about an hour. Students will be dismissed from the high school except for those of you that need to come back to school for a teacher, if you usually walk from the middle school and it is closer to your home, and girls basketball players.  Oh yeah, staff you can ride back as well. Wrestlers take your stuff with you for practice.
