VHS Art Teacher, Mr. Heinert, Goes to Washington, D.C.

Valentine High Art Teacher, Mr. Ed Heinert, painted a Christmas tree ornament with a scene from the Niobrara River.  That ornament represented the Niobrara Scenic River and was placed on a White House Christmas tree.
